When the Covid 19 Crisis meant that all of their staff had to work from home, they turned to Bespoke Systems to ensure that it would be “business as usual”.

Bespoke Systems discussed the requirements with the client and proposed that they adopt Teams for their day to day communication. This would take care of their instant messaging , and Video Conference needs as well as providing a platform to ease the communication flow around the business.  As the client had a legacy on premise phone system , it was decided to temporarily replace the phone system with Microsoft 365 Voice, giving the company a complete integrated communcations system.

Where it was necessary to replace equipment with laptops , these were sourced installed and delivered to remote staff within a few days.

In order to ease the issues with migrating all users to a home based environment, Bespoke Systems organised a series of one to one implementation and training calls for each member of staff when they started to work from home.


The solution that Bespoke Systems has implemented has been so successful that the client is now making the move to Microsoft 365 Voice on a permanent basis, removing the on premise phone system.
